After failing to make my landline number X-Directory twice I had to change my number due to a constant stream of unsolicited quiet sales calls. Virgin Media then offered me "Anonymous Call Rejection" as a concession and apology for screwing up my previous requests (providing I pay 1/2 the cost each month).
