I have been trying since Dec. 2010 to get a $40 discrepency taken care of with Urban Active. I have spoken with Christian in Erlanger, KY and have left message for Kelly in Flornce, KY to help with this issue. Kelly does not return calls and Christian states she will take care of the matter and it has not been resolved since Dec. 2010. I am beside myself. If I did do on-line banking I would never know this was happening. I can't image other people they do this to.
