Amazon.com does not charge buyers the sales tax. As a corporate seller, I have no way to request the buyer to pay sales tax as payment goes to amazon directly. While it's a NY state law (since 10/2010) that each online purchase that ships to NY state is subject to tax. Looks that sellers are responsible to pay taxes out of their pocket. read full review »
