I am suing Wells Fargo and have gone through heck-and-back with them. I worked with their Loss Mitigation Depts. at a time when I was never behind in payments believing that they would correct a major escrow mistake (they used Stuart Title). I was making a sufficient salary and was consistent with the same employer and salary for more than 11 years at the time. They assured me that they would correct their mistake and that I should not worry.
