I activated 16 rs package for internet service for 3 days, ie on 01/04/2011, Friday around 3.00 clock, on monday ie 3rd day around 12:00 pm to 01:00 pm, i called up customer care to know what time my validity ends, customer care executive (Female) told me my validity ends around midnight of 4th April 2011, so i used internet around 4 pm, but for my suprise when i was about to call my friend, i found negetive balance of -111 and change, today on 5th april 2011, i called up vodafone customer care again to complaint my problem, but i did not get... read full review »
