I got my hair colored and highlighted and the girl named Fernande #20535 charged me for long hair .My hair is just touching my shoulders. The other problem I had was the store was about to close and She rushed through my hair and it looks like there is root growth right after I got it done on April 2, 2011 @ Collage SquareShopping Center Salon #1186. I have a friend who went there on Saturday Night and her hair is longer that mine and she paid less than me.
