There was a charge made on my credit card for £19 on 2 Nov 2010 with a reference of "cardquery.com". When I went to their website to find out what the charge was for, they asked me to enter my email address and the last 5 digits of my credit card. I was then linked through to an order I made on 6 May 2010 from Symantec UK for Norton Internet Security software (complete with the order number, date, amount and the opportunity to download the virus protection again).
