Hi, I purchased membership of Gold Crown Vacation Pvt. Ltd affiliated with RCI in February 2009 and paid complete amount by December 2009 (in Lacs) but till today I did not received my membership card (from RCI) and thus unable to use facilities/services as promised by company while selling membership. Also, I am getting tired and frustrated by calling company so many times and receiving the same comments that I will get card by next month, which did not arrived till date.
