When I bought my car, I set the payments to be auto deducted from my account. This they did 59 times without issue. Then, I start getting calls from them that I was late on payment and late charges are being added. I called and asked to talk to supervisor. She said there is a clause in contract that last payment must be mailed in. I told her I signed the contract 5 years ago and had no idea this was the case. She said 'Talk to someone that cares.'
