This company will never be able to explain how a payment is received on time, or early in my situation, and they charge a late fee since the statement for the current month has not generated yet. They applied the payment to the balance yet because the payment was received early and not when the due date was set a late charge was placed on the account. They ask you to pay “on or before the due date”, but not too early. Guess they just want to screw people out of money and ruin their credit.
