I received a call to list my car with the Specialty Auto Network. "David" pretty much guaranteed they would sell my car within 10 days or money back.In addition, he went on to tell me that he had buyers currently looking for my type of car. I gave them a "recorded" authorization to charge my card, where they mention selling my car within 10 days! or money back. After 14 day where my car was listed on ebay i called them asking for my money. They laugh at me, asking for proof. Of course while all contract was verbal i didnt have any proof.
