As a customer, i think i have the right to know why i received a message today saying, "Your GSM Amount has reached Dhs 5115.75 For continuation of service please pay this amount at the earliest. For call details contact nearest Etisalat Office" When i went to Etisalat Office in Sharjah (Al Manakah) to ask for an explanation they are saying i have to wait till the end of this month for the bill to be generated.
