This is regarding unresolved complaint number Q0204110095 at Customer care Goodyear regarding inspection of Goodyear tyres. According to inspection report released by Goodyear Engineer two tyres are found defective whereas all tyres checked by other parties and according to their report all tyres are defective and should be replaced to avoid vibration problem arising in running car.
