no client care whatsoever - ban people who seek to make a complaint having made a complaint to seafight support about a senior admin making defamatory allegations in chat the "support" department refused repeatedly to provide details of any senior officers to whom the matter could be referred to and when i asked for details of their complaints procedures their response was to ban my ship off the water for 7 days.
