Do NOT order from them online! Especially if you need your items in a reasonable time-frame. Or at all. I ordered a 12 ton A-Frame press online, that was delivered in two boxes, on two separate days, four days apart. And were shipped the same day. Needless to say, half the pieces were missing. Box "A" was complete, box "B" was just the individually packaged jack, not the 20+ missing pieces.
