all i want to say is that the Fresno SPCA is either discriminating against people...or they're just corrupted...i believe it's both..these people at the shelter makes it seem like they're caring people, but they're not...they might care a little about animals, but mainly it's an income for them...but they don't give a damn about the adopters or the owners trying to look for their pets...especially the people at the adopting center...im not talking about the volunteers...but its the people that you see... read full review »
