I have had a mortgage with Chase for years. They have always been thieves and do not work with people in desparate situations. They were working with my husband and told him step by step what we needed to do to get our home mortgage interest rate reduced. He jumped hoops and after it was said and done they told him that now his credit score was to high and they could not do anything for him.
