added housing insurence to to my morrtage, after I submitted paper to them to prove that I had house insurence and wouldnot remove it. Also stop sending me my statement for seven months forceing me to use their buy by phone which was an additional $16.00 pay for each payment made on the phone untill submitted in writting what was happening. More than 7-9 calls from thier collectors with different area code asking the same questions. al read full review »
