I got a HBC Mastercard (outsourced to GE Money) bill with my last name incorrect and I mean COMPLETELY wrong so I called to rectify, they stated that they would have to ask some security questions and wanted me to chose which banking institution I used. They gave me four choices, none of which was correct so I stated that I did not bank at any of those locations. The reply was that I MUST chose one to proceed with the call.
