They do not care about keeping their customers happy at all. Went to the store in Maple Ridge to look at tie soft sided crates they had on sale at 50% off. The crate I was interested in was priced at $54.96. I told them I wanted to buy 2 crates. The manager got the boxed crate down for us and I said I would take the display crate since they didn't have another boxed one.
