Moved out of home and the country and they still charge me for the utility bills for a house that has new tenents in it! They told me they cant refund me the money they took out, (by mistake) unless i get a legal document saying when i moved from a real estate agent. The problem was that the house was rented privately and they therefore will not accecpt the letter from the landlord. They even told me that they will accecpt a passport and flight details to say i was out of the country but now they have told me they can not accecpt this and therefore i will not get the money back. read full review »
