BB&T is treating my loan renewal as if I were a delinquent, non-perferred customer. I signed a $67, 500 loan agreement 7 yrs ago in alabama with Colonial Bank for a 2 acre, lakefront lot in a subdivision (since then I improved the property by adding underground utilities.) The terms were a 5yr balloon over 20yrs @ 6.5%. I re-signed for an additional 2yrs for the same terms - a few months later BB&T purchased Colonial Bank. This is where the issues start.
