Santander Consumer USA is a misleading and fraudlent company and harasses me daily with phone calls. In Feb. 2011, Santander represntative called me reagrding my late Jan.2011 payment. I told her I had just mailed the payment on Feb 7th, same day.I explained that I was currently unempoyed and lving on a fixed income from my pension. I also told her I had asked for a deferment in December and was told that Santander Consumer USA does not do that.
