(Read Full Complaint till end***) Before going to Pearle Vision, I faxed them the copy of my Health Insurance card to verify that the eye exam is covered. They confirmed in Affirmative and I went to the Store.After the Initial Check-up they asked me for $40 for Dilated Eye exam as this is not covered by Insurance. WHY did they not tell this before.??This CASH would have been a bonus for them.
