The prom dress was ordered back on 1-23-11 and was guaranteed to ship by 3-15-11. Before ordering I was not aware that this was an international company in Shanghai China. My daughter has been in touch with them via email regarding the status of her dress and each time has gotten a different answer. The dress had been shipped and the Japan tsunami was the first excuse, then the next person she talked to said the dress was not finished yet and would ship and arrive here on 4-04-11.
