I shouldve read these complaints before I wasted two hours that I cant get back. The rep showd up on and it went down hill from there. Trying to goet pricing information was the worst. She insisted she measure before she would give me a quote. There was no pricing on the materials, so didn't know if you could even afford what they had to sell. She criticized every other company's product and if you didn't know better, you would swear Empire Today had found THE CURE FOR CANCER.
