In 2009, I walked into a T-Mobile booth run by Simply Wireless in MD and got a phone upgrade per the T-Mobile plan. The booth was run by Simply Wireless. I had been a T-Mobile customer for over ten years, and especially in the last five years experienced a severe degradation of services. In November of 2009, I switched to Verizon and cancelled my T-Mobile Service. I paid T-Mobile the required cancellation fees and settled my bill (so I thought).
