LG Has THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life! 2 Months after purchasing a $500 42" TV it randomly died one day. after several grueling calls they finally sent out a technician. The technician said she knew what the problem was, and would return with the part. A week later she returned, only to figure out it doesn't work.
