We moved and decided to go with qwest, mainly for Sunday ticket. It took numerous phone call just to get the three services ordered, phone, internet, and DirectTV. After finally getting all services ordered, it took three weeks just to get our phone number ported over. Finally we had all services ordered and working and then the first bill came. That was a nightmare in it self. I had to call after receiving a bill every month for seven months to get the bill right.
