Sent a sea cargo package since 27 Jan. 2010, company commits delivery within sixty (60) days which was supposed to be 27 March, 2010. Did a follow-up on 1 April and learned that package failed to be loaded. I would like to file a complaint and assistance to the Ministry of Trade & Commerce. Found 1 website, sent an email, but got no reply yet. Anybody here can provide me emails for the Ministry? read full review »
