5 years of rhapsody & counless problems, latest (3-2011) is not being able to use the music we are paying for ! They are working on it- thats the robo-emails we get back from our complaints. We have Sansa mp3's and we are not able to access all the tunes we have put on them ! Their only fix would take us months to do, to switch every single tune to another format, singly-one at a time !
