I purchased a Pandigital 6"novel on March 25, 2011. On April 7, 2011 the screen cracked from the inside. It is a touch screen and this has left it completely unusable. When I tried to return it to Best Buy at A-810 St. James Street, Winnipeg MB R3G 3J7 I was told by the Supervisor and Operations Manager that they could not return a product that was damaged because it could not be resold. I was completely floored at this as this the exact reason as to why I am returning it, because it's broken! This is clearly a manufacture issue... read full review »
