My frig under AMC with tne company failed to cool properly and I registered acomplaint with them on 4/4/2011.After inspection on 4/4/2011, informed me that gas has to be filled.On 5/4/2011 their mechanic tried to fill the gas but failed.He informed that he has to drill ahole at the back of the fridge and connect apipe externally to fill the gas, as the original pipe fitted internally as clogged. Some thing like a BY PASS surgery.Appears that instead of doing a proper job or replace the defective frig, they are trying to settle the matter by doing some crude work.Even after so many days they are yet to complete the repair.Already 5 days have elapsed read full review »
