I am a recently divorced dad and a small business owner so consequintly there is usually no one at my home. The first delivery attempt was missed because even though I asked for a 30 minute call letting me know they were on the way, they called from the neighbohood. That is not enough time to close out what I am doing at the office and get home. The second attempt there was a little more lead time but they arrived prior to the window.
