Bought a watch and was then sent a one of considerably lesser value rang customer services and hung up on twice as dared to ask to speak to a manager eventually promised manager would ring me however 8 days later I'm still waiting for this call told to return goods anne that I would receive a full refund + compensation for postage & phone calls however no refund received have had to enlist the help of credit card provider to try and get money back take my advice and avoid at all costsv read full review »
