It was WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had in my whole life!!! It was my first time going there so I looked for reviews from Yelp and asked specifically for Rachel. Instead, a man named Bobby was working on my hair the whole time. Bobby did my color and perm, but after he dyed my hair he forgot to shampoo the dye out of my hair.
