I see all these people complaining about constant phone calls, but I can't get one call when my account is going to be sent to collections for $10. I made all my payments online and had EXCELLENT payment history. Payed off total balance (or thought I did) for a brand new street bike in less than a year. When I was about to pay the remaining balance online, I chose the option "Pay TOTAL balance due". Well to me, that would put my balance at $0.
