I purchased two home warranties for $794. They told me I could cancel within 30 days for a full refund. I decided to cancel the next day when they incorrectly charged my credit card and wouldn't answer my phone calls. First they wouldn't cancel my order for weeks and then they tell me that there is a $50 cancellation charge for each policy. They refunded my money minus $100 and now they won't every answer my phone calls. read full review »
