BE AWARE! I purchased a package for my conference trip to New Orleans that included a shuttle to NEW ORLEANS HOTEL that they offered with the hotel that I booked in New Orleans. Upon arrival at the airport I was told that they did not service my hotel and to contact Priceline for a refund. Priceline said that they would look into it since their website clearly stated New Orleans hotels and the hotel did not say East/West/etc. I just received an email reply that "Thank you for contacting us, there is nothing we can do." I paid $40 for round trip shuttle that I DID NOT GET and ended up having to rent a car (cheaper than taxi). read full review »
