A year ago in March our computer was repaired by Best Buy in Yakima, WA. Trend software was deleted and another software installed. My credit card was charged 4/8/11 for a year of Trend. I did not order this and expect to be reimbursed immediately and removed from whatever list it's on. This was an illegal charge. read full review »
