My daughter went to the store and ordered 5 subs. Three of the five were made completely wrong and the other two did not have cheese which the man charged her extra for. When we took the subs back the man who said he was the franchise owner refused to make new subs or give us our money back. He jumped in my face screaming using the "F" word saying "I hate you "F***ing" people, I could kill you "F ing" people!
