i ordered two tablet computers in november 2010 for christmas presents. on opening them on christmas day neither one was working properly. one froze within a couple of days and they both were having trouble staying connected to the router. I contacted customer service via email on their return to work in january (there is no telephone number available) and eventually they replied saying that they would not refund as it was not within their time frame for returns(they had been closed for over two weeks).
