My computer was locked and I could not do anything until I agreed to purchase the protection software. There is not indication that the software was applied or downloaded. The screen also indicated a CD rive and a floppy disk drive, which I do not have. The key work appears to be "baku" which does not appear until online but does on your bank statement. I had to get my bank card cancelled and I have to go through a process to dispute the charge to my account. read full review »
