I purchased a wedding dress from princessformals09 on eBay. The dress is described as "WHITE" but when I received the dress it is IVORY with the tag attached to the dress stating 'IVORY." I opened a case with eBay with a claim that I did not receive an item as described. eBay favored the seller. I appealed their decision and they still favored the seller.
