I bought a Sukam 1400 VA inverter from Delhi and installed it at my village Pali, Distt - Rewari on June 13, 2010. After 9 month of my purchase, one battery of my inverter stopped charging. I registered a complaint (no. 11003520392) at Sukam customer services on March 29, 2011, however, nobody had visited at my place.
