Off duty officers INC. is a company that obtaines contracts for securing locations in the private and public sector. They have guards that are retired and new, armed and unarmed. ODO as they are often referred as, has a great concept. There are some issues. The management at ODO i.e. Juan Santillana (so-called previous Marine) has little if any ability to communicate with the officers.
