I have recently had a very frustrating experience with Lighinthebox. They don't care about customer service and they are really not helpful at all. I had to ship some wedding gift items to my wedding planner but their system had selected my address to ship to. I emailed them and told them I need the address changed because that is not the address i specified I want my items shipped to.
