No responce from Videocon Serivce Complaints: I’ve lodged a complaint on the 05th of April 2011 to attend the problem I’m facing with my videocon fridge. No one turned till date. However, every two days a new person calls and says he is coming to attend the call in 24 Hours. Today, when again a complaint registered, we were informed that the door is locked. Whereas my parents are staying at home.On this they again promised to attend the call with in 24Hours. Seems Videocon is fooling the people suppliying malfunctioning products.I’m not sure even after writing this to Complaints Board they will respond???? read full review »
