On 04-08-11 I filed a claim with the warranty concerning my A/C Unit. I had a tech come out on 04-09-11 and stated that the whole system needed to be replaced. On Monday, 04-11-11 Choice Home Warranty called and asked for records of maintenance otherwise they would not pay for the system. I moved into the house 08-30-11, the house was bought from a contractor. The warranty told me to contact people I do not know to get records about the unit. THEY REFUSED TO FIX the issue and stated it was my fault. THEY ARE CROOKS DO NOT BUY THEIR WARRANTY! read full review »
