I tried fnding my birth mother through this site because I'm adopted. They charged me the correct monthy fee however (1) day later and every day thereafter they send me an email that she's been found please view your inbox ONLY to check my inbox with it being empty! After reading everyones complaint on this site I immediately called American Express and had them reissue me a new card and block them from any future unauthorized charges.
